Cyrillus Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Cyrillus is a clothing sales company that began in 1977. A young mother was looking for stylish, quality clothing for her children. She decided to design her own collection and in 1977 she created Cyrillus, a name inspired by her sonCyrille. Her small brand was an immediate success with the first catalogue for the entire family, in which her whole family were models!

A Cyrillus customer who was unhappy with with this "fraudulent company" wrote the following in a review:

This company is a total scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order that was never delivered. There is no way to get in touch with them or to request a refund because they have no contact information listed and do not respond to emails sent to them. Horrible experience. I would NOT recommend dealing with this horribly run and fraudulent company.

Anique, who also had a difficult time with Cyrillus, wrote the following online:

If I could rate Cyrillus with 0 stars I would have done that. I can see here on trustpilot that I am not the only one with bad experiences. Wow! I returned 3 items 6 weeks ago and until today I did not get my money back. Not after many emails which they never responded to, not after various phone calls. On the phone they promise me every time that the money will be on my account within a few days, but nothing......I just can't believe that an international brand like Cyrillus has such incredibly poor customer service / are so incredibly client unfriendly. no action, no apologies.
